Mitch is the founder of Chocolate Chimney, a bakeshop that creates and customizes unique and beautiful cakes, cupcakes, cookies and chocolates. Equipped with artistic flair and amicable attitude, she believes in the power of smiling and optimism. For her – smile is the simplest act of kindness especially when done sincerely.

Most recipes featured in this blog are handed-down from her beloved “Nanay” (grandmother) who was a devoted and skilled cook.
