What’s Endometriosis?

Well you can’t simply explain it in one sentence. But what I’m certain is that 1 in every 10 women is afflicted, roughly 176 million worldwide.
It’s a condition that causes the tissues lining the uterus to grow outside the uterine cavity. This “lost” šŸ˜… tissue causes inflammation and scarring or adhesions (making organs stick to each other). I remember my doctor friend who was present during my lap telling me that my endometriosis was so sticky. Yikes! šŸ˜‘ And more concerns can root from #endometriosis like in my case, I also have #adenomyosis Ovarian cysts, etc šŸŽ—
